Session Content & Coaching Notes

What happens to what you share in sessions

Information shared in coaching sessions or facilitated programming may be noted by our facilitation team for continuity of care purposes. These notes remain internal to the facilitation team and are not shared outside it without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a reasonable belief of imminent risk of harm. Third-Party Services

The outside services we rely on

Stripe Payment processing. Stripe handles all card data under its own privacy and security standards.
Google Services Authentication, calendar management, and email.
Google Analytics Website traffic analysis using anonymized data.

These services have their own privacy policies. We do not control their practices. We encourage you to review them.

When you sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar, we access only your basic profile information (name and email) and calendar data necessary to manage your bookings. We do not share your Google data with third parties except as required to provide our services. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.

How long we keep your information

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you close your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or preventing fraud.

Coaching notes and session records are retained for a maximum of two years following the end of your engagement with Beyond This, after which they are securely deleted.

How we protect your data

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.
